1. Acceptance and account eligibility

By creating an account at aureon-play.casino, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Safer Play policy in force at the time of registration. Account holders must be at least 18 years old (or the higher local age of majority for gambling, where applicable) and must reside in a jurisdiction where remote gambling under a Curacao master licence is lawful. Aureon does not accept UK-resident players, anyone self-excluded via GamStop, or players from jurisdictions on the published Restricted Territories list (available on request).

One account per natural person, household IP and shared payment instrument. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the operator's discretion, and any related bonuses voided.

2. Bonuses and promotions

All bonuses are governed by the campaign-specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in plus this section. Standard wagering on welcome and reload bonuses is 40x on the bonus amount only, unless a lower or higher figure is stated in the campaign terms. Maximum stake while wagering is €5 per spin or hand across slots, live dealer and table games. Wagering must be cleared inside the campaign window (7 days for welcome stages by default) or the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.

Slot contribution is 100%, live dealer 10%, classic table games and video poker 0%. Jackpot titles are not playable while bonus wagering is active. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus-only-then-withdraw patterns, low-volatility table-bet farming, and arbitrage across linked accounts, will result in forfeiture and account review.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and KYC

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits published on the Banking page. Minimum deposit is €20; minimum withdrawal is €40. The standard withdrawal ceilings (€2,500 daily, €7,500 weekly, €15,000 monthly) apply outside the Diamond and Aureon Elite tiers.

KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal and is typically requested at registration. Required documents: government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and (where required) proof of payment instrument. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for large or unusual deposit patterns under standard AML procedure.

4. Fairness, RTP and dispute resolution

All games published on aureon-play.casino are sourced from studios licensed in regulated markets and certified by independent test labs (GLI, eCOGRA or equivalent). Theoretical RTP per title is published inside the game info screen and audited monthly by the operator. Disputes about game outcomes should be raised first with live chat or [email protected]; unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board under reference AGCB/2024/0314/0721.

5. Termination, modifications and contact

Aureon may close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML risk, or at the player's request via the Safer Play tools. Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and an on-site banner; continued use of the account after the change date constitutes acceptance.
